Cordlo is a multi-tenant application, allowing you to organize your work into high-level Workspaces (for different entities or major projects) and multiple Businesses in an account.
Note: Billing and subscriptions are managed at the Workspace level, covering all businesses inside it.

-
Step 2: Contact Info: Provide the business Email, Phone Number, and Physical Address.
-
Step 3: Location Info: Select the Country, Primary Currency, and Timezone for this specific business.
-
-
Click Finish Setup. Your new business will now appear in your listing.
2. Switching Between Businesses
Once you have multiple businesses, you can move between them easily:
-
Go to the Header at the top of the page.
-
Click on the User Avatar/Plan dropdown menu.
-
Select Switch Business to return to the business listing page for your current workspace.
-
Click on the business card you wish to manage.
3. Switching Between Workspaces
If you are part of multiple workspaces (e.g., your own and a client’s workspace you were invited to):
-
Click the User Avatar dropdown in the header.
-
Select Switch Workspace.
-
You will be taken back to the primary workspace selection screen to choose a different organization.
4. Managing Business Settings
Each business has its own independent configuration:
-
To edit a specific business’s details, navigate to Settings > Account while that business is active.
-
Changes made here (like changing the logo or tax settings) will only affect the current business, not others in the same workspace.
5. Troubleshooting
-
Business Limit Reached: If you cannot add a new business, check your subscription status via the header dropdown (Billing & Subscription). Some plans limit the number of active businesses per workspace.
-
Logo not saving: Ensure the business logo file is a supported image format and is uploaded before clicking next in the onboarding flow.
