The Catalog allows you to save products and services that you frequently sell or purchase. This makes it faster to create invoices, estimates, and expenses by selecting items directly from your pre-defined list.
1. Navigating to the Catalog
To manage your products and services:

Log in to your Cordlo account.

Select the specific Business you want to manage.

From the sidebar menu, click on Catalog.
2. How to Create a New Catalog Item
You can manually add products or services using the Catalog form:

Click the Add Catalog button at the top right of the page.

In the Add New Catalog dialog, provide the following information:

Name (Required): Enter a unique name for the product or service.

Type: Select whether the item is a Product or a Service.
-
Price: Set the default unit price for this item.
-
Description: Add details or specifications about the item.
-

Set Item Permissions:
-
Check Allow this product or service to be added to Invoices and Estimates if it is a sales item.
-
Check Allow this product or service to be added to Expenses if it is a purchase item.
-

Click Add Product to save the record.
3. How to Import Catalog Items in Bulk
If you have a large inventory, you can import items using a spreadsheet:

Click the Import button (icon with an upward arrow) next to the “Add Catalog” button.

In the Bulk Upload dialog:

Follow the prompts to prepare your CSV or Excel file according to the required structure.

Upload the file to the system.
-

Confirm the import to add the items to your catalog.
4. How to Edit a Catalog Item
To update existing product or service information:

Locate the item in the Catalog Table.

Click the Action button (three dots) at the end of the item’s row.
-
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

Modify the fields in the Update Catalog dialog and click Update Product.
5. How to Delete Catalog Items
To delete a single item:

In the catalog list, find the item you wish to remove.

Click the Action menu and select Delete (highlighted in red).

Confirm the action in the delete dialog. Note that this action is permanent and removes the item data from your business records.
To delete items in bulk:

Select multiple items by clicking the checkboxes on the left side of the table.

Click the Delete Selected bulk action button that appears.

Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
6. Searching and Filtering
As your inventory grows, you can use these tools to find items quickly:

Search: Use the search bar to find products or services by their name.

Table Overview: The table provides a quick view of the item Name, Type (Product/Service), Price, and Date Added.

Pagination: Use the page navigation at the bottom to browse through different pages of your catalog.
