Tags help you categorize and organize various records within your business workspace, such as customers or products, based on their functionality and modules.
1. Navigating to Tags
To manage your business tags:

Log in to your Cordlo account.

Select the specific Business you want to manage.

From the sidebar menu, click on Tags.
2. How to Create a New Tag
You can manually add tags to categorize different parts of your business:

Click the Add Tag button at the top right of the page.

In the Add New Tag dialog, provide the following information:

Name (Required): Enter a unique name for the tag (e.g., “VIP Customer” or “Subscription Service”).

Modules: Select the specific modules (e.g., Customers, Products) this tag should be associated with. This helps in categorizing records based on their specific functionality.

Click Add Tag to save the record.
3. How to Edit a Tag
To update existing tag information or its associated modules:

Locate the tag in the Tags Table.

Click the Action button (three dots) at the end of the tag’s row.

Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

Modify the tag name or modules in the Update Tag dialog and click Update Tag.
4. How to Delete a Tag
If a tag is no longer needed:

In the tag list, find the tag you wish to remove.

Click the Action menu and select Delete (highlighted in red).

A confirmation dialog will appear warning that this action will permanently remove all the tag data from your business.

Confirm the action in the Delete Product dialog (system label for tag deletion).
5. Searching and Monitoring Tags
As your list of tags grows, you can use these tools for better management:

Search: Use the search bar at the top of the table to find tags by their name.

Table Overview: The table provides a quick view of the tag Name, the Modules it is associated with (displayed as badges), and the Date Added (converted to your business timezone).

Pagination: Use the page navigation at the bottom of the table to browse through different pages of your tag list.

Refresh: Click the Refresh icon to update the list with the latest tag data.
