The Account Details section allows you to manage your business’s core identity, localization settings, and branding. This information is used across the platform and appears on your generated documents like invoices and estimates.
1. Navigating to Account Details
To access your business profile:

Log in to your Cordlo account.

Select the specific Business you want to manage.

From the sidebar menu, click on Settings.

Ensure you are on the Account tab.
2. Managing Business Branding
You can personalize how your business is represented on documents:

Business Logo: Upload your official logo. This logo will be displayed at the top of your invoices and estimates.

Business Name: Update the legal or trade name of your business.
3. Updating Contact Information
Ensure your customers can reach you by keeping your contact details current:

Email Address: Enter the primary email for business communications.

Phone Number: Provide your business contact number.
-
Physical Address: Enter your business’s registered address. This is typically included in the sender information on invoices.
4. Configuring Localization
Set your business’s regional preferences to ensure timestamps and financial values are accurate:

Timezone: Select your local timezone from the dropdown menu. This ensures that “Date Added” or “Created At” fields in tables like Audit Trails or Tags reflect your local time.

Primary Currency: Choose the default currency for your business. While you can manage multiple currencies, this will be the default for new transactions.
5. Saving Changes

After making any modifications to the fields above, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the form.

A success message will confirm that your profile has been updated.

Changes to the logo and business name will take effect immediately on any new invoices or estimates you generate.
6. Troubleshooting

Logo not appearing: Ensure the file you uploaded is in a supported image format (e.g., SVG, PNG, or JPG).

Incorrect times: If activity logs show the wrong time, double-check that your Timezone is set correctly in this section.
