Your user profile contains your personal account identity, including your name, email address, and security settings. Keeping this information up to date ensures you receive important notifications and maintain account security.
1. Navigating to Profile Settings
To access your personal profile:

Log in to your Cordlo account.

Go to the Header at the top of the page.

Click the Dropdown Icon next to your user avatar or workspace name.

Select Profile from the menu.
2. Updating Personal Information
Under the Profile tab, you can modify your basic identity details:

First Name & Last Name: Update your legal name. This is how you will be identified within the workspace and team logs.

Phone Number: Update your primary contact number.

Click Update Profile to save these changes.
3. Managing Your Profile Picture
Personalize your account with an avatar:

Locate the Avatar section at the top of the profile page.

Click the Upload icon or the existing image to select a new photo from your device.

Once uploaded, your new avatar will appear in the header and next to your activities in the Audit Trails.
4. Changing Your Email Address
Because your email is your login identity, changing it requires a verification process:

Locate the Email Address field.

Enter your new email address.
-
The system will initiate an Email Verification flow.

Check your new email inbox for a verification code or link.

Follow the prompts to confirm the change. Your login credentials will be updated once verified.
5. Security and Password Management
To update your login security:

Navigate to the Security or Password section within the Profile page.

Enter your Current Password.
-
Enter and confirm your New Password.
-
Click Save Password.

Note: If you have forgotten your current password, you must use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page.

6. Troubleshooting

Profile not saving: Ensure all required fields (First Name, Last Name) are filled correctly and that your internet connection is stable.

Verification email not received: Check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, you can click Resend Verification from the profile page.

Avatar upload failure: Ensure the image is in a common format (JPG, PNG) and does not exceed the size limit (usually 2MB).
