This guide will walk you through creating your account and setting up your first business workspace on Cordlo.
1. How to Sign Up for a New Account
To create your account for the first time:

Navigate to the Signup page.

In the Create your account form, provide the following details:

First Name & Last Name: Enter your legal name.

Email: Use a valid business or personal email address.

Password: Create a secure password for your account.
-

Accept Terms: Check the box to agree to the terms of service.

Click Create account.

Verify Your Email: You will be redirected to the OTP Form. Check your email for a verification code, enter it into the form, and submit to verify your identity.
2. How to Log In
If you already have a verified account:

Navigate to the Signin page.

Enter your registered Email and Password into the LoginForm.

Click Sign In to access your dashboard.

Note: If your account requires confirmation, you may be prompted to enter an OTP before proceeding.

3. Onboarding: Setting Up Your Business
Once logged in for the first time, you will be automatically redirected to the Business Setup onboarding flow.
Step 1: Basic Business Information
Provide the core details of your business entity:

Business Logo: Upload a high-quality image of your company logo.

Business Name: Enter the official name of your business.
-
Registration Number: (Optional) Enter your business registration or tax ID.

Business Type: Select your industry or entity type (e.g., Freelancing) from the dropdown.

Country: Select the primary country where your business operates.
Step 2: Contact Information
Provide the communication channels for your business:

Business Email: The address that will appear on your outgoing invoices.

Phone Number: Your primary business contact number.
Step 3: Location and Financial Settings
Configure how and where your business functions:

Operation Type: Choose between Physical location or Remote.

If physical, you will be prompted to provide the Address, State, and Postal Code.

Currency: Select your primary currency for reporting and billing.

Accepted Currencies: Use the multi-select tool to choose all the currencies you wish to support for payments.

Business Description: (Optional) Add a brief overview of your business services.
4. Finalizing Setup

Review all entered information.

Click Save or Finish Setup.

Choose a Plan: Depending on your business needs, you may be redirected to the Subscription step to select a free or paid plan.

Once completed, you will land on your Business Overview dashboard, ready to create your first invoice.
